Note:
Customers can also send warranty products through a shipping service.
Sri Computers Pondicherry will respond with relevant information after receiving the product.
Customers are advised to contact our support team before sending goods for assistance.
2. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
- The product must still be within Sri Computers Pondicherry’s warranty period; this is recorded based on the purchase information and product Serial Number.
- The product must retain the warranty seal or distributor’s stamp. For products requiring a box warranty, customers must send the complete box and accessories.
- The product must be intact, without scratches, dents, or deformations beyond manufacturer/distributor guidelines.
- The product must have manufacturer-related faults, such as component or technical errors.
Note:
- Specific warranty terms may vary by product manufacturer or supplier.
- Data stored on devices (Laptop, Desktop, Memory Card, Hard Drive, etc.) is not covered under warranty.

3. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY
- Product warranty has expired at Sri Computers Pondicherry.
- Product is missing accessories or required devices (e.g., adapter, receiver, etc.).
- Product lacks purchase information or was not purchased from Sri Computers Pondicherry; product details are not found in our system.
- Products damaged due to user error (drops, dents, deformation, liquid damage, improper use, etc.).
- Products repaired or modified by third parties without permission from Sri Computers Pondicherry or the distributor.
- Serial Number / IMEI / Service Tag missing or does not match the product.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, pests, or environmental wear and tear.
4. GENERAL WARRANTY POLICY

4.1 Product Exchange Policy
Product Exchange within 7 Days:
For defective products caused by the manufacturer or Sri Computers Pondicherry, customers can exchange for a new product within 7 days of purchase.
Applicable to Laptop and Monitor product lines (except where special policies apply).
Product Exchange within 30 Days:
For defective products caused by the manufacturer or Sri Computers Pondicherry, customers can exchange for a new product within 30 days of purchase.
Applicable to gaming gear (keyboard, mouse, headset, etc.) and computer components (CPU, RAM, SSD, power supply, etc.).
Requirements for Exchange:
- Product must be in original condition as purchased.
- Box must be like new, not torn, written on, dented, or taped.
- All accessories included, undamaged and unscratched.
4.2 Processing Time
Sri Computers Pondicherry commits to processing warranty requests within 30 days from the date of product receipt.
Processing time will be shown on the warranty card or communicated directly to the customer.
